More infoU8325 is a High gloss flexible UV coating, providing excellent reactivity and inline double coater performance. High gloss results with low draw back when it is used with waterbased primer on conventional ink. U8325 displays low odour from the fully cured lacquer.
Fast drying emulsion with a matt finish. The excellent coated material has good water resistance suited to double-sided coating applications and work requiring subsequent UV varnishing or lamination. The dispersion varnishes are ISEGA Certificate (for use in direct contact with food).
W6000 is a gloss coating for single and double side applications. It can be used for carton packaging food, non-food and work & turn jobs. The coated material has good water resistance and is suitable for work requiring subsequent UV varnishing. Tests should be conducted with the specific UV lacquer to be used. The dispersion varnishes are ISEGA Certificate (for use in direct contact with food).
Inline-Primer developed for outstanding gloss results on heavy ink covering (low draw back) in combination with UV- inline coating on double coating printing presses. W6055 shows low cracking, high transparency and good hold out on high ink coverage. Primer coating needs to be fully overcoated.
Fast drying emulsion with heat resistance, Hi-Coat W 8370 shows good heat resistance to hot metal surfaces, including heat seal jaws and thermal printing heads. Also suitable for hot carton moulding systems.
W988 is a medium fast drying coating with good gloss results and high transparency. W988 is giving excellent water and wet rub resistance. W988 is especially adapted for label application and can be used as primer for later bronzing. Two layers of W988 will increase the water resistance significant. W900 is a fast drying sealer. The surface is giving a good preparation for later refinishing step like UV offline coating, hot foil stamping or foil lamination, suitable for metallic inks and substrates. W900 shows excellent wet block resistance. The dispersion varnishes are ISEGA Certificate (for use in direct contact with food).
W4444 is a special gloss coating for excellent high gloss results. It is adapted for single side applications. W4444 shows excellent transparency, color depth respectively and very good rub resistance. Best results are achievable in combination with a Unicoat roller technology.
W970 is a medium fast drying coating for uncoated paper stock. Due to his unique formulation. W970 is offering low curl properties. The coating is suitable for low weight substrates like offset paper. W970 is offering good rub resistance and protection for efficient refinishing. The dispersion varnishes are ISEGA Certificate (for use in direct contact with food).
